Hi,

Make sure you've not enabled 'advanced downloading' in the admin area, file server manage, edit. If you have, it may not be correctly configured on your server, disable it to test.

Thanks,
Adam.

What other changes have you made recently? Sounds like either the path has changed or something similar.

Try changing that to just files/, that's the default. Failing that, raise a ticket with access to your install and I'll take a look.

Update: As a non user the downloads now working fine, as a admin the files got 0 bytes when you downloading it. Only small pictures work for admin. As a Premium User the download dont working too. All files you download are 0 bytes. Files also dont work when you download in admin panel or in user panel, all files got 0 bytes, the only one which is working is for nun users which is where you must wait 60 seconds for dl, there the download is working.
