Hello everyone, I set a 250 kbps download limit, it goes up to a maximum of 250 kbps in the browser, but with download managers it goes up to a 1 mb + is what's the problem? How can i fix it.
I fixed it == I did the concurrent downloads option 2 and the problem has solved.
