i dont think this is achievable without the media encoder plugin and even then i dont know if it supports outputting multiple versions of videos, keep in mind you'd end up going from 1 file on your server to 2,3 or more for every video depending on how many video bit rates you offer

Yes you are right, I should upload differents files..
I think that It was a solution to add this function to media player
